Life in the Great Asylum Called “Freedom”

Imagine being me:
You never shut up.
You say exactly what you think —
no matter how many lawyers, petty bureaucrats, or outrage managers are foaming at the mouth, ready to pounce.

In a world where “freedom” has become a dirty word,
you’re the last traffic accident on the highway to conformity.
And everyone is working overtime to tape you back together.

Parenting? Not Here.

Here, everything is measured, policed, and regulated.**

Children are squeezed and pressed
until every last spark of willpower is strangled.
Soft-wash “parenting” enforced by a thousand rules,
for anyone who handed in their brain at the government office.

Your kid too wild?
Therapist.
Too loud?
Social services.
Too quiet?
That’s suspicious too.
The only “normal” is whatever the rulebook says —
and every year, the rulebook gets fatter.

Dogs?

Sure, they can bark — on a schedule.
Live? Only by permission slip.**

A dog that defends you?
Report it.
A dog that barks?
Violation.
A dog that lives as a dog?
“Public menace.

But don’t worry:
Humans can scream 24/7,
as long as they post to the right app
and recycle correctly.

Your garden?

If your hedge even looks like freedom,
here comes the Hedge Police.
Straight, trimmed, uniform —
just like your life.**

Special Category: Truth

Free speech is like unicorn salami —
exists only in fairy tales.

Want to say what you really think?
Good luck.
Honesty is career suicide on steroids.
Tell the truth,
lose your friends tomorrow,
lose your electricity the day after.

Everything is permitted,
as long as you don’t mean it
and nobody actually listens.

Never speak the truth —
unless you want to burn,
publicly,
while the herd cheers you on from a safe distance.

And if you still refuse to play nice…

You’re too stubborn,
too inconvenient,
too dangerous.
You get put on lists,
erased,
labeled,
exiled.

And they call it
“protecting society.”
What it really is:
protection from anything different,
anything real,
anything alive.

Final Word:

Want real freedom?
Better fire up the grill —
the next witch hunt is always underway,
and the pyre gets fresh logs every day.

While they’re busy telling you you’re the problem,
you laugh quietly —
because you know that real freedom
always terrifies those
who’ve never tasted it.

So what now? How do you break out, when the world worships the cage? How do you make people think, when comfort tastes sweeter than truth?

You start.
You question.
You break your own habits first.
You buy the bigger pan.
You let your kid be wild, your dog be dog, your thoughts be uncensored.

You say the thing, even if your voice shakes.
You stand by what’s real, even when the herd howls.

And here’s the secret they’ll never understand:
It doesn’t take a majority to change the world.
It takes one honest spark,
one person who refuses to shut up,
one mind that stays awake when everyone else is dozing in routine.

Freedom isn’t a crowd.

It’s a stubborn, laughing minority —
and it’s contagious
.

So keep talking.
Keep asking.
Keep living out loud.

Every time you do,
one less person falls asleep with the scissors in their hand.
